This video will focus on the management of the airway with techniques that are appropriate for the Tactical Field Care phase.  This video will provide knowledge on:  -Steps to take if casualty has an obstructed airway. -How to assess airway obstruction on an unconscious and conscious casualty. -How to manage casualties with altered mental states. -Steps to perform Cric-Key, Bougie-aided and standard open cricothyroidotomy.
